“ FANTOM ” of “ World and Olympic titles”!!! 58 years later!!! First Time to Challenges!!!
First! my opportunity to be the World or Olympic Champions was 58 years ago!
I was a top title holder of the best nations of Japan and I am ready for the next Olympic and World Championships.
But i left Japan to come to US. - Now i regret! for my decisions.
Second opportunity came while i am training 1975 US. World team at Rogers ARK. Ichiban dojo ownner and automobil tycoon W. Robertson offer me to compete 1976 Montreal Olympics from USA. ( He said instantly make me a US citizen at White House infront of president Ford). I thought many month but former Japanese World team members had a some obligations to the native County of Japan, so i Finally declined offer. - that was Second my regret of decision - Now i feel I should have done!!!
Now 2024 ! 58 years later, i am fighting for the IJF World Judo Championships first time at LV for the US and Japan. No regrets this time, i will go the best what ever I have now for the Gold.
